Host Meeting between Partners and Potential Users.
Host meetings to present new systems, equipment and solution for a potential user, meetings in front of a contract is awarded, contract negotiations and after sales/CLS meetings.
System Integration.
Be a preferred system integrator for our customers and partners. Our knowhow covers design, develop and implement overall system solutions by integrating across all levels- be it platforms, equipment or services or on site. Depending of the projects scope of work, TINEX has the possibility to support or conduct development within mechanical and electrical design. This also covers replacement electronics, prototyping, production, system and platform integration and testing of the realized solution. TINEX is typically a subcontractor for integration of partners or/and 3rd party equipment, however, in some agreed projects TINEX can be the main contractor who will be responsible to integrate the suppliers equipment. This will be agreed case by case.
TINEX can, alone or together with partners, offer off-the-shelf and tailor-made systems, based on the customer’s requirements.
Integrated Logistics Support.
Capacity to support partners and customers with documentation, training/education, maintenance and additionally logistics support during the system lifetime. Depending on the complicity of TINEX involvement in the CLS-“Contractor logistics support” agreement, TINEX shall have the possibility to give technical support and do 1st to 3rd echelon maintenance on the delivered equipment/system.
